Still celebrating our 20th anniversary, we bring back two Doughnut Plant originals for May: MANGO and BANANA PECAN — yeast, cake and doughseeds. We’re also celebrating Cinco de Mayo from now through Monday, May 5th, with our usual TRES LECHES cake doughnuts and a special we started last year: mini cake doughnut called MEXICAN WEDDING. Inspired by Mexican Wedding Cakes, or Cookies, they are a mini cake doughnut with pecans and a special glaze. We’ll have two special aguas frescas this weekend: HORCHATA (made with organic rice, Mexican cinnamon, vanilla bean, organic sugar & spring water) and AGUA DE JAMAICA, aka Hibiscus Tea (made with hibiscus flowers, spring water and organic sugar).
